Tricia undertakes the more complex leasehold and shared ownership property transactions with or without additional staircasing and new build property conveyancing.

Tricia works closely with mortgage brokers and selling agents to ensure that her clients matters are progressed efficiently and in a timely manner, whilst keeping all interested parties updated.

Tricia is a Team manager, training and mentoring her trainee assistant conveyancers on an ongoing basis all whilst ensuring that her clients receive a high level of client care service, maintaining her approachability, thoroughness, diligence and proactive approach to her work.

Tricia and her team consistently work hard for each individual client to ensure that they fully understand the process and the implications of their transaction.

Tricia rejoined Premier Solicitors Residential Conveyancing department in August 2022 as a Senior Associate. Tricia had worked within Premier's Residential Conveyancing team previously from 2016-2018 and has 20 plus years of experience in this area of law.
