Tricia brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience to our Residential Property department, routinely undertaking work for clients across a wide variety of property matters and has particular experience working with High Net worth clients. Contact Tricia

Tricia undertakes the more complex leasehold and shared ownership property transactions with or without additional staircasing and new build property conveyancing.

Tricia works closely with mortgage brokers and selling agents to ensure that her clients matters are progressed efficiently and in a timely manner, whilst keeping all interested parties updated.

Tricia is a Team manager, training and mentoring her trainee assistant conveyancers on an ongoing basis all whilst ensuring that her clients receive a high level of client care service, maintaining her approachability, thoroughness, diligence and proactive approach to her work.

Tricia and her team consistently work hard for each individual client to ensure that they fully understand the process and the implications of their transaction.
